Okay but how much does it cost?
No two businesses are the exact same, so no two quotes are either. Pricing depends on scope and your timeline. Let's figure out what you actually need. I'm not trying to upsell you on a package that might not fit.
Most basic logo projects are in the $400 - 800 range. Landing page sites generally start around $600 - 1,500. And larger sites start around $2,000, increasing based on scope and size.
Payment plans are available if you aren't able to cover the full amount initially.
For any project, a minimum investment of $400 is required to get on the books. For larger projects a larger deposit will be needed to secure your spot.

Usually they lead to more inquiries, stronger first impressions, and less time you spend trying to figure things out or answering the same questions over and over. Sometimes, but I'm selective about it. Money isn't the only thing with value! If you've got something I'm genuinely interested in, I'm open to the conversation. Think along the lines of tattoos, original art, PC parts, experiences, that kind of thing. It's not an open market, so don't expect a yes every time, but it's always worth asking. Reach out and tell me what you're working with.

I'm not super rigid about tools. I work with Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, Etsy, Canva, Framer, and custom coding. It's really dependent on what makes the most sense for your project, timeline, and budget.

These can be tricky because most website builders try to keep things proprietary, meaning they want you locked in so they make it hard to leave. Sometimes we can't recover EVERYTHING, but I'm able to handle the back and forth communications and the whole process on your behalf. I would keep you updated on the process and let you make any big decisions before proceeding. Of course after that, I'll handle any fixes or updates that need to be done to get you up and running.

It depends on scope, but most brand projects wrap in 1–3 weeks and web projects in 2–6 weeks. I'll give you a clear timeline before we start so there are no surprises.

Generally, you'll provide your own copy because you know your business better than anyone. However, I'm not going to leave you staring at a blank page if you don't have anything prepared. I'll tidy up what you send, help you sound more like yourself (but polished), and flag anything that needs more love. If you want me to handle the writing fully, I have workbooks and in-depth prompts to help us draft solid, conversion focused copy. We can add that to your quote when we talk through the scope.

Client-provided is always preferred because real photos of you and your business go a long way. But if you don't have what you need, I can source tasteful stock photography or use AI tools to create or enhance assets. Either way, it's an add-on we can discuss and highlight on your quote.

Nope, it's optional! But most clients find that having someone on call is way less stressful than DIYing updates. Plans start at just $99/month. If you're not sure, we can revisit it after launch.

Submit your wishlist — Contact me and I follow up to get your list of requested changes. You'll let me know which package you're interested in (Flash, Growth Boost, or Total Refresh).
I review & scope — I'll go through your list and follow up with what I expect to accomplish and the estimated timeframe, making sure the sprint matches the scope of work.
Confirm & pay — In that same message I'll send a scope confirmation, contract, and payment link. Once payment is received, you're officially on the books!
Onboarding — After payment I'll prep your project in the client portal so everything is ready before your sprint day.
Mockup approval — For any design changes, I'll create mockups for your review and sign-off before touching anything live.
Schedule your day — Once we're fully aligned on scope and expected output, we lock in the actual date. I knock out the changes and get you to sign off to wrap up the sprint.

No problem. If your wishlist turns out to be larger than your chosen package, you can upgrade to a higher sprint tier or, if the scope warrants it, convert to a full project (like a new landing page or complete website redesign). We'll figure that out during the review step before you've paid anything!

Never! For any design changes I create mockups and get your written approval before anything goes live. Your site won't change without your sign-off.
